Today, #WomensEqualityDay commemorates the anniversary of the 19th Amendment and the end of women’s suffrage. While, we are happy to celebrate the achievements or women’s rights activists, we recognize the continued struggle that women today still face in the workplace and society. In 2024, over half a century after pay discrimination became illegal in the U.S., women still earn just 84 cents compared to every dollar earned by men. At the current rate of progress it will take another 131 YEARS to achieve gender equality worldwide. 67% of women believe they’re paid less than their male colleagues for equal work. 80% of women agree that men have less respect for women managers than they do for men in management positions. Frank's DigiStream career began in 2013 when he started as a Field Investigator at the Mid Atlantic affiliate. He quickly rose through the ranks, earning the role of Lead Investigator and later being named the Mid-Atlantic Investigator of the Year. Frank was then promoted to Field Operations Manager and spent the next 6 years working for the extraordinary affiliate. Frank launched DigiStream Hudson Valley in 2022 and hit the ground running. His hard work paid off, as he was promoted to General Manager in 2023, officially naming Hudson Valley as an Established Affiliate. This was followed by Frank being honored with the role of Partner. Moving forward, Frank is committed to continuing to provide DigiStream's clients with exceptional customer service and superior results.

Nacer began his journey with DigiStream in August 2007 as a Surveillance Investigator with the Los Angeles team. Quickly distinguishing himself, he played a key role in launching the claims division at the LA office. Nacer skillfully balanced responsibilities between conducting surveillance, training new Surveillance Investigators, and taking statements. In 2015, Nacer transitioned into the office, first leading the surveillance team as LA’s Field Operations Coordinator and later as Field Operations Manager. Over seven years, he successfully grew and managed one of DigiStream's largest affiliates, paving the way for his next challenge. On January 1st, 2023, the Inland Empire affiliate opened its doors, with Nacer at the helm as the Investigative Consultant. Under his guidance, the new affiliate quickly flourished, achieving the official Established Affiliate on July 1st, 2024. The remarkable growth and success of the Inland Empire affiliate are a testament to the dedication and hard work of Nacer and his entire team.

Bob's DigiStream journey began at the Mid-Atlantic affiliate in the summer of 2013, where he started in the workflow department. This opened his eyes to the dynamic world of insurance claim investigations. He then transitioned to become the Video Editor before taking on one of the Brand's first Intel Liaison roles, which eventually evolved into the current Investigative Advisor position. Prior to relocating to Florida, Bob Gordon worked as the Field Operations Manager, overseeing the growing markets of Florida, Texas, and Nevada. During this time, he immersed himself in all aspects of investigations, including surveillance cases, social media investigations, and claims work. The next chapter of Bob's career began when he moved to Tampa to continue building his Florida team and establish a brick-and-mortar presence. Under his leadership, the affiliate has more than tripled in size. As the local Account Manager, Bob has had the opportunity to present at numerous insurance and risk management conferences and organizations. He also regularly hosts "Lunch and Learn" sessions with local law firms, TPAs, and Insureds. When not focused on his work at DigiStream, Bob enjoys spending quality time with his family and exploring the Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg areas ☀️
