This week, we are delighted to feature our member Seth Tilli. Here are some things to know about Seth: ⚾ He believes that when business leaders are free to work ON the business instead of IN the business and get out of the day-to-day whirlwind, they can make quantum leaps in their growth trajectory. ⚾ As founder of The Hypergrowth Project, Seth provides Fractional COO services to help business owners optimize their business processes, train their sales teams, and coach executives so they can scale successfully. ⚾ After a 20-year career in sales and operations, he started The Hypergrowth Project to give small businesses the tools to scale efficiently. ⚾ Seth believes strongly in continuing education-- which is why he went to The Wharton School to ensure that he can deliver the best strategy and methods to his clients. ⚾ He is a board member and baseball coach for his local Little League (hence our choice of baseball emojis) ⚾ Seth is a passionate advocate for Type 1 Diabetes. His son was diagnosed at 14 months old. ⚾ Last but not least, he is an avid golfer. We are happy to have Seth in our community to share his knowledge. This week, we are delighted to feature our member Karen Jones. Here is what you need to know about Karen, in her own words: ✴ I am a Career Evolution Catalyst and Coach, supporting leaders through growth and transition. After 20+ years as a publicity executive at HBO, I departed from my senior leadership role as Head of Communications to align more closely with my "why." ✴ As a coach, I now partner with leaders and professionals who are charting a new path, whether by choice or circumstance. I consider myself tremendously privileged to hold space for coaching clients as they navigate the in-between to create an inspired vision of their future self. ✴ I also consult on communications strategy and teach master's students at USC Annenberg. (The adjunct role is a full-circle moment: my first post-undergraduate job was as a high school French and Algebra teacher at a small private school. I always knew I would come back to teaching.) ✴ I am passionate about supporting educational access. I am a board member, mentor, and volunteer with Ready to Succeed, a nonprofit organization that empowers foster-impacted undergraduate students to finish college and launch successful careers.  ✴ During my time at HBO, I was very fortunate to experience many memorable adventures and travels at the forefront of an industry's transformation. I loved collaborating with creative talent and my colleagues to craft narratives for consumers and media. I currently serve as a Governor of the Television Academy, representing the Public Relations Peer Group. ✴ I grew up the youngest of five children in 1970s Los Angeles. Now, I'm the unofficial ringleader for gatherings in our multigenerational family home. ✴ I had a jack-in-the-box DNA reveal several years ago that forced me to rethink a lot of things. Take me for a coffee, and I'll tell you all about it. ✴ I'm an eternal work in progress, shifting through a kaleidoscope of identities: executive-to-coach, woman of color, mom, wife, daughter, introvert, learner, optimist, healing perfectionist. ✴ I'm always looking for ways to push myself out of my comfort zone. Next, I want to try improv. We are so inspired by Karen and the incredible work she is doing.
