Like Boosters on a Rocket…. Not everyone is designed to reach the heights you are aiming for. You need to shed them to maintain your ascent. Stop holding on to people, places, and habits that are slowing you down.

Alright y’all. I got outside my comfort zone this morning. I participated in the Women's Business Enterprise Council Ohio River Valley (WBEC ORV) business pitch competition. Me and seven other women each had 60 seconds to pitch our business in front of a panel of five judges and 250 attendees. And I was chosen to go first. (Trigger my perfectionism lol.) I saw this pitch opportunity come up months ago and I told my Chief of Staff, Taylor Davis - we’ve got to do this. Let’s get outside our comfort zone. You see - we have recently launched a new area of our business - the Workplace Vitality Index. It’s a 3-part process that measures trust and psychologically safety on teams and in organizations, and then delivers our client a Trust Blueprint with the findings and prioritized next steps. I’m so proud of this new program and I’m even more excited about the change and opportunity it’s going to create for our clients. This is your reminder to put yourself out there. Try something new.
