    Vector Accelerator is a product of The Honor Foundation – a life-changing nonprofit focused on helping special operations veterans transition to rewarding and challenging careers after their service. Vector Accelerator leverages the methods and curriculum of THF, but focuses more generally on any service member moving from active duty military to a civilian pursuit. We were engaged to name the program and create the core messaging, visual identity, and branded assets to support marketing and operations as they launched this powerful extension to the THF offering. https://lnkd.in/gERXdSZm

    Common Good Marketplace describes themselves as an “impact marketplace”. They are an innovative, for profit social enterprise that enables the funding of global social impact projects. They’re committed to delivering real, verified results to the world’s greatest problems, all for the common good. Their unique marketplace approach leverages digital currency and connects funding to measurable outcomes. We were proud to help refresh their core brand identity, create website UX and UI updates, and develop marketing and presentation templates for ongoing use – all of which helped them clarify their moving proposition to the world.     Root’d Oakland is a multifaceted cannabis company that operates a state-of-the-art dispensary, produces its own in-house line of products, and runs an onsite community events venue. We engaged with their investment and operations teams early, creating their brand identity, including naming, from the ground up. We began with a thorough discovery phase that led to a brand strategy framework that would inform all the creative work needed to launch the brand. They needed something capable of scale, applicable across multiple offerings, and easy to implement and update to support ongoing needs. We developed the core identity elements, a flexible messaging framework, guidelines, packaging, and example marketing materials that checked every box.     American Wave Machines is the creator of PerfectSwell wave pools, which can be found in Texas, Japan, Brazil, and a growing list of locations. They are on a mission to bring inland surfing to every major market in the world. Their technology is changing how surfers train and provides access to a global surfing audience that is hungry for waves to ride. Over the years, we’ve helped the AWM team with various projects including elevating their overall messaging, refining their visual system, and developing templates and content strategy for key investor presentations.     Platypus flossers are specifically designed for people who have braces. This playful brand was in need of a brighter identity that better expressed the joy of a big, vibrant smile. We wiped the slate clean and completely revamped their branding from top to tail, starting with strategy and ultimately delivering an updated visual identity, messaging, packaging, and digital assets for use on Amazon and social media channels – helping the brand get unstuck. https://lnkd.in/gPV8JQdn

    Dexter Outdoors is a division of Dexter-Russell, Inc., one of the world’s most established and respected cutlery brands. They engaged us to aid their efforts to better reach fishermen and other outdoor enthusiasts as they had developed some products for this market, but were missing the clear brand strategy and creative approach needed to make a meaningful connection with this audience. We dug in and facilitated a research and discovery phase with internal interviews, focus groups, and competitor research, developing key insights and creating authentic marketing that better resonated with their intended audiences. Our final product was a thoroughly refreshed Dexter Outdoors brand, including example assets and guidelines, that have allowed their internal marketing team to more deeply engage with customers and increase sales.     NewBlue, Inc. is a B2B provider of video editing and effects software, serving clients in broadcast news, sports, and entertainment. They approached us to help replace a visual identity system their company had outgrown. They needed to better reflect their position as an industry leader and innovator, while supporting growing product lines and increased marketing efforts. We developed a unifying core brand identity concept, called Time to Shine™, and engaged a “branded house” methodology to support their individual business units. Our solution employed a combination of color differentiation and a systematic approach to logo design that empowered the NewBlue marketing team to logically implement the master brand in ways that their unique target audiences could easily understand.
