We're hiring! We’re seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Network Operations Centers and ensure seamless, 24/7 service delivery to our customers. Based in Schiphol, Netherlands (or Herndon, VA), this hybrid role involves managing critical incidents, executive-level escalations, and collaborating with teams across the globe to drive customer satisfaction. What you’ll do: - Lead and train global NOC staff and local management - Ensure site uptime, SLA adherence, and physical security - Manage budgets and customer support operations - Coordinate with internal teams to implement new systems for future business needs - Travel internationally up to 25% What we’re looking for: - 8+ years in critical incident management and 24/7 operations - 5+ years in technical or infrastructure call center support across multiple global sites - Proven leadership experience in data center environments - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Experience building and managing international teams Be part of a team driving innovation in the data center industry!
