Not every business problem needs an AI solution. Frazier S. explains why: Sometimes the simplest solution is the most effective. ✅ As an AI and ML leader in the sports betting and casino industry, Frazier helps turn data into actionable insights. And that starts with having a clear picture of the business problems that need to be solved. It’s about finding a solution that fits your specific problem, not making your problem fit a specific solution. 🧩 And if that solution is as simple as five lines of code in SQL, “that is a win,” says Frazier. Frazier shares more insight and talks about her unique journey into data science on the latest episode of the Mining Your Own Business podcast. 🎙️ Catch her full conversation with Evan Wimpey on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, or anywhere else you get your podcasts. “Hi, it’s me. The stalled analytics project from months ago … Yeah, we need to talk.” Have you ever had high hopes for an analytics project only to have it fall flat? 🫠 Or maybe you’ve been on the flip side telling your team, “I don’t think this project will fly,” only to later say the inevitable “I told you so.” Both sides are not fun. The shocking reality is that about 80% of AI and machine learning projects fail to deliver. ⚙️ In our 29 years, we’ve noticed several key reasons analytics projects fail to fully take off. And the lessons we’ve learned along the way have helped us achieve an overwhelmingly successful implementation rate. ✅ If you're looking for analytics project tips, check out our blog or sign up for our monthly newsletter at the bottom of our homepage. We share articles about starting analytics projects, upskilling teams, ways to help people embrace the changes new initiatives bring, and more. #Analytics #DataAnalytics #MachineLearning #DataScience #AI
