This week the Engenium Group team met for a team-building event hosted by Impact 4 Good. We broke out into teams to build solar-powered and recycled parts racing cars and battled it out for 1st place. Impact 4 Good also allowed our team to gather STEAM materials to be donated to Martha's Table - an incredible organization that aims to support strong children, strong families, and strong communities. We had a blast together, but also are thrilled to be able to give back to Martha's Table. #DC #STEAM #Impact #OurImpact4Good #SocialResponsibility #CommunityEngagement #AECIndustry #STEM #Engineer #MEPEngineer #team

Meet Andrew Clark, Senior Mechanical Engineer at Engenium Group. Since joining the #EngeniumTeam, Andy has had the opportunity to work full-time in both our #Washington and #Baltimore offices. Although having two offices, we function as ONE team – with our employees collaborating across all firm projects. Andy feels that a great example of our collaboration is through the Barry Farm Redevelopment project, which features a variety of project types, ranging from multi-family, senior-living, a recreation center, and more. #MEPengineering #Engineering #GenuinelyEngenium #PeopleFirst

🌟Last Friday, we officially wrapped up our 2024 Summer Intern Program, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the incredible work and enthusiasm shown by our interns - Ava Shetter, Leah Marucci, Samuel Merife, and Olatomiwa Telufusi! This summer, they immersed themselves in the world of MEP engineering, gaining hands-on experience and insights into what life is like working in the #AEC industry. From tackling real-world projects to collaborating with our talented team, each of them contributed immensely to our success over the past few months. Their dedication and fresh perspectives have truly made a difference. As they head back to school, we want to extend a huge THANK YOU for all their hard work this summer, and this school year is the best yet! 🌟 Additionally, we extend a HUGE thank you to the #EngeniumGroup Intern Mentors, Bethany Taylor, Edgar De La Rosa, Yatharth Raval, and Avishkar Ravindra Gawde for their time providing guidance, leadership, and creating a warm & welcoming environment for our #Interns to learn & thrive in.
