The winner of the “One CenTeam” Pillar Award is Lori DeRuyter, Lead Provider Relations Specialist. Lori is a hands-on leader who plays a critical role in many areas across Fidelis Care. She is a consistent contributor to provider communications and education, and offers resources to support the success of the Provider Relations Department. She collaborates interdepartmentally with ease and is regarded as an invaluable member of the Provider Relations Department, willing to help wherever she is needed.
