Former Nike executive Trevor Edwards has been named to the board of Fanatics. Edwards served as president of Nike Inc. from 2013 until March of 2018, when he resigned from the company following a Wall Street Journal report that an internal memo revealed Nike was conducting an investigation into misconduct in the workplace, a review of human resources practices and its system of reporting complaints. (Nike said there had been no misconduct allegations against Edwards.) Edwards also serves as a director at Funko Inc., a collectibles, accessories and toy company, as well as VF Corp.

Nike and The Museum of Modern Art Design Store are offering more limited drops, starting with socks. Available now is the MoMA x Nike Everyday Sock, which features both Swoosh and MoMA branding on the calf, as well as “Just Do It” stitching at the toe. Also, the socks were designed with shock-absorbing soles and a moisture-wicking uppers.

Kamala Harris‘ acceptance Thursday night of the Democratic party’s nomination for president now has eyes focused on what election promises are realistically doable should she win. Jaret Seilberg, a managing director at TD Cowen Washington Research Group, on Friday gave her the edge in an election over former President Donald Trump, the Republican candidate. Because she’s never had to cut a deal with progressives to win the nomination, Seilberg said that has allowed her to focus the campaign more on moderates.

Cecilie Bahnsen is set to offer her latest ASICS collaborative shoe at her first New York City pop-up next month. According to the Danish designer, the company will host a three-day pop-up at 41 Division St. in downtown Manhattan during New York Fashion Week.
