It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of our colleague, Eryn Reid, who was a valued Customer Service Representative. Eryn passed away peacefully on August 15, 2024, at the age of 34. She leaves behind two young daughters, ages 3 and 4, who will dearly miss their mother. As a single mom, Eryn provided full financial support to her children, who will now be living with Eryn’s mother. She left behind no life insurance. Eryn had a deep compassion for the people she encountered and a genuine love for music and spending time with her children. Purple was her favorite color—a reflection of her vibrant spirit. She made a lasting impression on her teammates, who fondly remember her sunny disposition, unwavering helpfulness, and infectious sense of humor. We are coming together to support Eryn’s family.
