This puts us on track to double our initial pledge of $100,000 by 2025. 20% of all bulk bag purchases are donated to the PADI AWARE Foundation and receive a free limited edition co-branded tin. We're thrilled to share that Neuro has teamed up with PADI, the world-renowned scuba diving organization! Back in 2015, Kent Yoshimura & Ryan Chen, our co-founders, were just two college buddies on their first dive trip in Catalina. They realized they needed quick portable energy to fuel them on their dive trips, sparking the idea of Neuro. And now, teaming up with PADI feels like a perfect fit. “Just like Neuro, PADI empowers people to become the best version of themselves when they are in a state of ‘blue mind’, where you become deeply aware of your own personal health’s connection to that of our blue planet’s" says Julie Andersen. In 2015, Kent Yoshimura and Ryan Chen, our two co-founders, went on their first dive trip as certified PADI Divers in Catalina, where the idea for Neuro was born. Now, 9 years later, we have the opportunity to partner with PADI on a series of custom limited edition reusable tins to support their mission through the PADI AWARE Foundation. The ethos of Neuro has always been to give back to our community, and it is the ocean that allows our communities to thrive. We’ve pledged to donate $100,000 by the end of 2024 and hope to double that with the help of our amazing community. Our limited edition reusable tins, designed by our co-founder Kent Yoshimura, will be included with the purchase of our 90ct or 180ct bulk bags, and 20% of those profits will be donated to the PADI AWARE Foundation!
