From our founder, Edward Cruz:
What's your business unit case? Or, to put it another way, what's the repeatable business process that your venture can leverage to grow and scale? Every successful business, whether they are a small startup or a large multinational corporation, has one. And it has just four things: 1) A product with high engagement and retention. 2) A way to reach your audience. 3) The ability to bring users and customers on board. 4) An amazing customer experience from onboarding through fulfillment and beyond. It seems basic and simple, but here's the reality: most businesses struggle with this. And there isn't much support around these most basic fundamentals, especially for startups and small businesses. So if that's you, here's my advice: keep it simple, because your job is already hard enough. It's just four things, so you got this: make building the best possible business case you can your north star. Then pick one area to work on, and put one foot in front of the other to make it happen. We do this every day at my accelerator and venture builder, Go For Vertical. It's how we help early-stage startups go to market for the first time and more advanced ones grow and scale successfully. And it works. I would love to hear: what's your business unit case story? #startupsuccess #venturebuilding #founderstories
