Goodwill Industries of Kansas in partnership with Empower and WSU Tech to launch the first-of-its-kind Goodwill Opportunity Center in Kansas, opening at 2700 N. Woodland in early 2025. This initiative, backed by a public-private partnership with the City of Wichita, will enhance educational and employment pathways for the local community. In 2021, Rikki joined the NexStep Alliance Re-Entry program. Her journey proves that sometimes all you need is a second chance. Through early motherhood, grief, and multiple probation periods, she found hope and support with the guidance of Judy Reusser, NexStep Alliance Re-Entry Coordinator. Rikki earned her high school diploma with NexStep Alliance and CNC certificate through WSU Tech.
