Project teams are always searching for ways to increase efficiency throughout the planning and scheduling process. For some projects, the end may be the best place to start. ⬅️🏢 The pull planning method starts with establishing key milestones, like the project completion date, and schedules backwards from those milestones. This system makes it easy to identify what needs to be accomplished before the next activity can begin, leading to reduced inefficiencies. 👷👷♀️ A collaborative, team approach is essential to pull planning success and should include project management teams and trade partners. Involving a minimum of one member from each crew allows everyone to see how their work fits into the bigger picture, increasing ownership over individual tasks and overall buy-in on the project. Team Chris' Angels dominated early in the game, but Team Blues Clues narrowed the gap with their stellar disc-dropping skills.
