    Earlier this Summer we had the exciting opportunity to partner with Biossance on an experiential popup in LA and NYC. Challenged with bringing Biossance's products beyond retail displays and not loosing the brand's essence, we created an experience that showcased the transformative results of using Biossance products, combined with immersive educational moments. Inside the structure, guests were greeted by product experts for a personalized skin consultation, recommending the best products for their needs. After their personalized skincare application, guests could listen to the sounds of an actual sugarcane plant, take photos at the hydration-themed photo booth, and visit the nearby Sephora for purchases and additional Biossance experiences. Thank you to our partners Carla Favela-Martinez Kate Donnelly and Gia Esquivel for the opportunity and looking forward to future partnerships!

    This past month we executed (2) activations for TikTok Shop at USA Fit Games trade shows in both Orlando and Phoenix. Our footprint was aimed to provide education on how TikTok Shop could be used as a tool for both potential merchants in the health and fitness communities to feature and sell their product. We has multiple experiences that drew consumers in including networking areas, featured merchant partner product giveaways, and culminating in a pull-up bar competition for attendees to show off their level of fitness B2B activations like these are something Groundswell Experiential prides itself on. Yes, we do many B2C activations but, we can also tailor our messaging, types of experiences, giveaways, and overall strategy to fit a B2B lens when tasked to do so!     Experiential Account Management & Production Expert

    While most are on 'Summer break' taking vacations, and time off from work, those in the experiential industry are doing the complete opposite! Groundswell Experiential has had one of our most successful and busy Summers to date (and we're just getting started!). We kicked off the Summer building Outside's first-of-its-kind outdoor experiential festival in Denver, then headed to LA to celebrate AANHPI month with TikTok at a creator studded celebration event. Next, onto NYC to launch Panasonic's 'House of Red' popup featuring products in partnership with non-profit partners RED amongst other interactive experiences. We then headed to LA for back-to-back events! First, TikTok Shop's Creator Summit inviting over 200 TikTok creators for a day of educational content and interactive moments with top TikTok Shop brands/merchants. Then, it was onto another popup with our partners at Biossance at Century City Mall featuring their suite of skincare products, educational moments, and a space that was begging for content capture! In tandem we also executed a trade show experience for TikTok Shop at the USA Fit Games in Orlando featuring fitness themed experiences and educational touch points on TikTok Shop. We also just finished up our last stop with Biossance this past weekend executing the popup again in the bustling Brooklyn area. Majority of these events were planned within a month (or sometimes less 😅 ) by a team of passionate, driven, individuals not afraid to get their hands dirty playing whatever role was needed for each event to be successful. I am so proud of the team we are building at Groundswell Experiential and all the potential we have in store for our growing agency!     The moment we entered the feasibility and ideation phase with Christopher Jerard and the leadership team at Outside, we knew the first ever Outside Festival was going to be an incredible adventure together! The shared vision, trust and dedication combined with a deep mutual appreciation for each other's experience and expertise allowed for us all to confidently take those big creative leaps. We brought together over 200 of our top creators, 140 products, and 63 merchants, along with 20 agency partners. Our focus was on empowering every participant—creators, agencies, and merchants—to make the day their own and excel at what they do best: create and inspire. As TikTok continues to grow, we remain committed to amplifying voices and merchants who facilitate delightful product discoveries for our users. Thanks to all the category teams and cross-functional partners, who helped rally merchants.
