Recently, HCAM proudly showcased our work with B'more for Healthy Babies at the National Association for City and County Health Officials (NACCHO) conference in Detroit! Our Vice President of Population Health, Kim Lyles, joined forces with officials from the Baltimore City Health Department to highlight how our Maternal Child Health Centralized Intake program is contributing to the decline in birth disparities across Baltimore. 📸 July was a busy month for HCAM! We had an amazing time at the Healing Summer Jam, connecting with the community through games, music, and essential health resources. Our team also joined the Baltimore County Public Schools Partnership Fair and the Asbury United Methodist Church Block Party, spreading awareness about Maryland Health Connection and diabetes screening. Lastly, we had a great turnout at the Living Classrooms Community Health and Resource Fair, helping families with health insurance enrollment.
