What is the future of air travel? Angus Whitley of Bloomberg recently week reported on tthe challenges airlines face in meeting their 2030 targets due to a lack of available sustainable aviation fuel or newer, more efficient aircraft. Meanwhile, a new report from Sifted explores how new technologies have the power to reshape air travel. Sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) is an essential part of that picture, which is why we are investing in those innovating in this space, including INERATEC , which is developing synthetic fuels and other carbon-neutral products, and Naki (a The Heritage Group Accelerator company), which transforms food industry waste into valuable materials for SAF production. https://lnkd.in/dKYrxjz6

All over the world we are seeing examples of innovation that will reduce our global dependence on fossil fuels. In Chile, this partnership between COPEC S.A. and our portfolio company, INERATEC , will do much to make e-fuels mainstream in Latin America. 

Our portfolio company, INERATEC  is leading the way in the development of e-fuels and this new partnership with SOLER Group is a major step towards reducing our dependence on fossil fuels. We are proud to be a part of this journey.
