The Hilltop Marketing and Communications department continues to partner with Human Resources on the “My Hilltop Journey” video series. The videos highlight a diverse group of employees from across the organization. Each video focuses on an employee’s unique Hilltop journey, including interesting aspects of their career leading up to their time here and their experiences since joining the company. This month, we’re spotlighting PlainsCapital Bank President Brian Heflin. Heflin joined the Bank in 1987 as a part-time mail and supply clerk. Now, he’s settling into his new role as President of PlainsCapital. He's come a long way from the mailroom, yet the important and special aspects of his job haven’t changed.
