2023 has been a banner year for the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand. We are on track to open 24 new hotels in 14 countries, have renovated 45 hotels that are embracing the brand’s latest designs and product innovations, and have signed many new deals that will lead to exciting openings in world’s most desired destinations in the near future. Hilton Team Members around the world have yet again proven that “Hilton = Hospitality”. And as a result, we were honored to have received the “Most Valuable Hotel Brand’ designation by Brand Finance, were ranked as the #1 Best Business Hotel Brand Globally by Business Traveller, and multiple of our hotels have received coveted awards and recognitions from Condé Nast, Travel + Leisure Co., Travel Noire, World Travel Awards and several other prestigious travel partners. But perhaps the greatest achievement is that in which we have given back to our community. In 2023, Team Members of Hilton Hotels & Resorts have volunteered over 4 million hours to help those in need. One example is from our team from the Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort & Spa. In partnership with the local administration, the team initiated a heartwarming Christmas lunch box distribution to bring joy and support to the local community. Led by Country General Manager Andre Borg, Operations Manager Marcus Barra, Country Director of Human Resources Julita Jeremie, and dedicated Team Members, the resort distributed 200 lunch boxes to those in need, as well as the Vallon Police Station and the English River clinic, where nurses and doctors have been providing essential services. Taking their commitment further, the team extended their generosity to a local orphanage, ensuring that the festive spirit reached the children in their care and brought many smiles by providing toys and creating a memorable and joyous Christmas experience for all. Our commitment to our vision of spreading the light & warmth of hospitality has never been stronger. These stunning additions each promise our signature Hilton hospitality and represent our commitment to providing unparalleled experiences for guests around the globe, just as we have been doing for over a century.
