We can't believe another summer is coming to an end which means it's time to celebrate our amazing Summer Interns. Their contributions to their teams and departments were invaluable, and their dedication to group projects and service initiatives truly stood out. We’re so proud of this talented group! Their final presentations, which they spent countless hours perfecting, were nothing short of impressive, sparking thought-provoking discussions among our leaders here at Holman.

Spend the day with Hanna, an intern from our Client Relations team, as she works on various tasks before joining her fellow interns to head to The Salvation Army Camden Kroc. There, they canvassed the local neighborhood, organized closets, and assisted with cleaning different areas. Hanna is a rising senior at Rowan University, majoring in Business Administration!

All year, we've been celebrating our 100th anniversary with our partners around the world. Today, on our official anniversary, we’re excited to share the incredible time we had celebrating at our global headquarters in New Jersey! We danced, laughed, sang, enjoyed delicious food, and made unforgettable memories with our colleagues and their families. Happy 100th Birthday, Holman! And here's to 100 more years!

Since the opening of our first Ford dealership in 1924, it's been an incredible journey as our company has thrived through three generations of family ownership, beginning with founder Steward C. Holman, followed by his son Joseph Holman, and now led by his granddaughter Mindy Holman. Their commitment to exceptional customer care and community involvement has shaped Holman into the global automotive services leader we are today. Follow along as she tackles a presentation, connects with her intern group, and explores our HQ campus after a fun lunch with fellow intern Grace! Madison is a rising junior at Rowan University, majoring in Marketing with a minor in Business Analytics. She’s also working toward a Certificate of Undergraduate Study in Advertising and Graphic Design.

As we continue to celebrate the #Holman100, let’s revisit Holman’s 90th-anniversary celebration held on August 17, 2014, at Philadelphia's Citizens Bank Park. Activities included self-guided tours of the clubhouse, dugouts, batting cages, and media room; participants could walk the bases and see themselves on the jumbo video display; the Philly Phanatic was the perfect host, and lots of food was eaten.

Spend the day with Leah, our Lease Portfolio Management Intern. From engaging team meetings with her Lease Portfolio colleagues to collaborative sessions with fellow summer interns, Leah gives us an inside look at what it’s like to be part of Holman! Leah is excited to be entering her senior year this fall at Penn State University where she is majoring in Finance!

What an inspiring afternoon we just concluded here at EMERGE! From breakout sessions to engaging panel discussions, allowing us to connect, share insights, and dive deep into the world of startups, investments, and more. During the session on humanoid robotics, our esteemed panelists shared captivating insights on the major shifts in the field. Jeffrey Cardenas highlighted that we're at a pivotal moment in robotics, moving towards a future where one robot can perform a thousand tasks. He described this evolution as a billion-dollar market shift, going from bits to atoms, with the robotics landscape being a rising tide that lifts all ships. A big thank you to everyone who attended!
