The Hyundai Capital Latinx-Hispanic Alliance (HCLA) joined Hyundai Motor America's Amigos Unidos Employee Resource Group to volunteer at Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County.    Together the ERG members packed 5,000 pounds of onions and 2,600 pounds of lemons to be distributed to those in need.    Such an inspiration to see our ERGs partner together to make a tangible impact in the community! #EmployeeResourceGroup #Philanthropy #Volunteer #Volunteering #FoodBank #FoodDistribution

HCA team members joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast at their annual Back 2 School Backpack Distribution event! ✏ Volunteers were paired with students as they walked them through selecting special items such as books, backpacks, school supplies, toys, Power Crunch bars, and more! Our team gave back to their local communities this week in our summer philanthropy series - Heroes for Hunger!   In Atlanta, team members joined the Atlanta Community Food Bank to inspect, sort, and pack grocery donations to be distributed across 700 partner agencies in Georgia.   In Dallas, our volunteers assembled food kits, stocked shelves, and sorted donations with Minnie's Food Pantry.   In Irvine, teams supported The Tiyya Foundation to assemble and package meals to for the families of Voice of Refugees and Afghan Refugee Relief.   Thank you to those who joined these events supporting food insecurity in our local areas! #Philanthropy #Volunteer #Volunteering #CorporateSocialResponsibility #FoodPantry #FoodBank

HCA's inaugural Reach Your Peak Manager Summit was a success! Over the course of two days, 32 dynamic managers across our offices and field met to foster cross-functional business collaboration. Attendees were immersed in group discussions where they explored different areas of the business and gained insight into how HCA's departments work in unison. This holistic approach reinforced the idea that together we are one team, not operating in silos. Managers participated in an executive roundtable, a communications workshop, and a human resources panel, all of which welcomed open discussions and offered a platform to ask questions. In partnership with OneOC, the group built hygiene kits for underserved children to be distributed through Court Appointed Special Advocates of Orange County (CASA OC), Olive Crest - Strong Families, Safe Kids, and Foster Love.
