The Imperative Care HR team had a blast today supporting our community and Second Harvest of Silicon Valley. To top it off, our team lead Neil is a stroke survivor and loved hearing about our mission and patient impact!!

This week we celebrated 50,000 patients treated with our #stroke technologies! Patients are at the center of everything we do, and giving stroke survivors the best chance at recovery and restored independence is why we come to work every day. Thank you to our team members for your hard work and unwavering commitment to #ElevatingPatientCare.

We are excited to bring our Employee Spotlight series to our channels! This month, we're highlighting Kevin Garman, Senior R&D Engineer at Imperative Care Vascular and lifelong fitness enthusiast. Outside of the lab, Kevin is a Master Instructor at The Club At Los Gatos, where he leads rhythm-based cycling and bootcamp classes. If you're local, be sure to check out one of his classes!

Congrats to our new #SixSigmaGreenBelt Professionals for their hard work and unwavering commitment to excellence! Their journey began 5 months ago, taking weekly classes led by Amir Reza Alavi to study key aspects of the Six Sigma Green Belt, including DMAIC methodology, data-driven decision-making, process improvement, cost reduction, and lean integration - on top of their daily responsibilities. What an achievement!

Our 3rd Annual Intern Design-Off was a huge success! Our interns had three weeks to create a fully functional mock prototype, gaining experience in traditional device design project process, IP generation, testing, and much more. Team Orchestra (Natalia Briseno, Benjamin Busche, Janhvi Gidha, Ruth McCall and Anisha Narurkar) took home 1st place after an intense head-to-head competition. Thank you to all of our interns for their hard work and dedication this summer!
