One is that we occasionally kick off our shoes and take some time to laugh together and get to know one another. Last week we had a picnic lunch with staff and board members. Food insecurity has been a serious challenge recently within the community, especially for refugees. Rising prices and food deserts have made it tough for many families. But thanks to our incredible partners—Imprem Holistic Community Resource Center Food Pantry, PremiereProduce One, our amazing volunteers, and the community—250 refugee families now have food on their tables today. We were able to provide fresh produce like potatoes, onions, green peppers, broccoli, and more—all because of your support.
