Fee-for-service is literally failing us in chronic conditions like CVD, and Karoo Health is proud to be enabling value-based care, across all high-risk CVD patients, for both cardiologists and payers alike, allowing practitioners to put quality over quantity and saving lives over billing metrics. Today, Karoo Health is excited to announce the platform launch and 2024 roadmap for Kohere.ai, our proprietary cloud-based platform that augments Karoo Health’s proven model of care (MoC) for cardiovascular healthcare providers, payers, and patients. Developed by industry-leading Product and Engineering leadership, Kohere.ai is composed of three primary modules: FLOW, for seamless automation of tasks, interventions and remote collection of patient data, furthering program adherence and goals tracking, while enabling real-time patient alerts and self-scheduling. INSIGHTS, our BI module leveraging advanced analytical techniques, machine-learning algorithms, and AI-driven predictive capabilities to transform data into actionable insights. DATA KORE, to leverage interoperability APIs to seamlessly integrate and source disparate data, critical for timely interventions in cardiac value-based care (VBC). Contrary to many other VBC companies, which sunk enormous resources into building software and then tried to retrofit a care model around it, we built a value-based MoC that has already delivered results, and then developed Kohere.ai, cutting-edge, AI-enabled technology to amplify its strengths.
