Meet Kinsey Gates! Kinsey is a passionate Account Manager with an ability to transform client relationships and drive substantial account growth, especially within the tech and healthcare sectors. A seasoned client success professional with a deep-seated belief in the power of technology to change lives, Kinsey thrives on finding innovative solutions to complex challenges. When working with clients, her approach is simple but powerful: listen, understand, and then act. Born and raised in Vermont but now based in Philadelphia, Kinsey and her husband, along with their dog and two cats, split their time between downtown Philly and a little cabin in the Poconos. ⛰️ When she isn’t chilling at either of those places, Kinsey loves exploring the rest of the word — experiencing other cultures is very important to her. She and her husband recently returned from a magical three-week trip to Greece and Turkey and are already hard at work planning their next global adventure. 🌏 We asked Kinsey to tell us what’s on her three-item packing list for a trip to the proverbial deserted island, and she had this to say: “First, I’m packing Chapstick, because I can’t last thirty minutes without it. Next, a king-sized bed so that I can wait for rescue in comfort. And finally, a satellite phone, because I am not made for the deserted island life.” 🏝️ Never fear, Kinsey — we’d rescue you in a heartbeat. Welcome to the team!

Today’s the day! Welcome to the fourth and final installment in our four-part guide to creating a strong, sustainable, and thriving company culture, led by Kicksaw Co-founder and company culture enthusiast Kyle Morris. 🚀 In part one, we discussed why we believe building company culture is really more of an art form than anything else. For part two, we took a look at why maintaining a spirit of innovation is so crucial to success. And for part three, we discussed why and how valuing people over profits is the better business strategy. To close our series, for today’s post, we’re taking a look at the supreme value of teamwork. There’s simply nothing better than being part of a high-performing team. A team that has a shared purpose, the skills necessary to achieve the team’s goals, and teammates who root for each other is rare and special. Give it a read, and check the comments for links to the previous three posts! https://lnkd.in/gxX7aQaw

The Founder’s Journey, from Rallyday Partners, is an inspiring sixty-minute monthly show that we highly, highly recommend, and not just because Kicksaw CEO Kenny Goldman was the guest on their inaugural episode. It’s a truly fascinating series of conversations with remarkable founders and entrepreneurs from a variety of backgrounds. Explore emerging industries and groundbreaking business models while uncovering valuable insights as you hear host Ryan Heckman dig into his guests’ mindsets (and occasionally get the scoop on just how young they were when they first started hustling). Check out this clip from Episode One, then click the link to get the full episode and subscribe to the show! https://lnkd.in/gGCtigSM

What can’t AI do? Well, a lot. As stunning as some of AI’s capabilities are, it’s still only software that needs an expert at the helm. Which leads us to our next question: What can’t AI do when paired with the savvy minds in Kicksaw’s Engineering Operations department?? Almost nothing. (Within reason, of course — sorry, but it won’t be cooking you dinner.) For a real world example of how Kicksaw’s Engineering Operations looped off-premises AI into a client’s Salesforce instance to deliver value by saving tons of time and effort parsing resumés, check out this newest blog post, written by Kicksaw CTO Timothy Sabat: https://lnkd.in/g57jjEqV

For Salesforce consultancies like us, maintaining a great relationship with Salesforce AEs is a top priority. We depend on AEs for a big chunk of our business — they’re the knife that spreads that butter on our bread. Keeping those ties with Salesforce AEs strong is so important that we recently created a role dedicated to it: the Client Partner. The Client Partner helps position Kicksaw as a leader in Salesforce consulting, and they play a vital role in the success of Kicksaw’s client relationships and implementations — it’s an amazing opportunity for a skilled communicator who thrives on building trust with key stakeholders. Communication is the name of the game for the Client Partner. They’re the squeaky wheel who refuses to quit, and we love that about them. ⚙ Want to learn more about what it takes to succeed as a Client Partner with Kicksaw? The annual Kicksaw retreat in Nashville last month was a smashing success for a lot of reasons, but one of the absolute highlights was our team building exercise. Lyrics were written and rewritten, tunes were hummed and strummed, comfort zones were pushed, beatboxes were...beatboxed (?), and...well, you can just read about in the Wall Street Journal, actually. 😎 🎸 🗞️ https://lnkd.in/gihExApX
