Lemonade’s US headquarters are located in bustling Soho in the heart of Manhattan, with many employees enjoying the office in a hybrid work environment. You’ll find a variety of teams—spanning from insurance to legal, finance to marketing, compliance to comms—working from our NYC-based office. Our remote workforce also makes up a large part of our US team. We take our remote teams seriously and make sure they feel at home with the Lemonade family - no matter where they are.
A Global Workforce
Settled in the heart of Tel Aviv, where the idea for Lemonade came to life, the team here consists of our main R&D and product hub and employees across a variety of other departments. Our European HQ is set in Amsterdam, which is also home to much of our R&D and product departments and Makers dedicated to supporting our insurance teams and product growth both globally and throughout Europe, including France, Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK.
