We asked: What are B2B eCommerce experience *really* like? Some of the answers we found may surprise you...   Today we released our new research report, The Real State of B2B eCommerce, which details findings from assessing 527 public-facing B2B eCommerce websites. We discovered some startling issues as well as exciting opportunities across product discoverability, configuration, pricing, quoting, transacting, and overall B2B buyer experience. Key findings include: ➡ 6 in 10 B2B eCommerce websites are delivering a generally negative experience to buyers. ➡ Only 3% of B2B websites offer buyers a guided experience for product discoverability. ➡ More than 80% of B2B websites provide no product configuration options for buyers.
