Our Commitment to Turning Lumanity Green – Our Journey to Net-Zero
At Lumanity, we are committed to turning Lumanity Green. We set up our carbon management program to offset all of our carbon and be carbon neutral. Our journey to Carbon Neutral includes: - Calculating our carbon emissions - Tracking and monitoring our carbon footprint - Reducing our carbon emissions by setting short, medium and long term targets - Investing in verified projects to level off the carbon we have emitted to make our organization carbon neutral
Lumanity CSROur Commitment to Wellbeing
In 2022, we launched our Health Evolution Program. This holistic health program consists of several key initiatives, underpinned by the Journey LIVE website and app, which provides tools and resources to navigate the challenges of work and life. We initiated a 'power hour' block in staff calendars encouraging employees to rest, reset, and revive.
Lumanity CSRGiving Back
Community is at the heart of our CSR philosophy and enables our employees to support global campaigns, as well as Give Where you Live programs to provide local support. This year we launched Employee Volunteering Programs for employees to highlight campaigns that matter to them. We deliver a calendar of fundraising promotions and events, including our Charity Credit Program. We also partnered with WellGiving to use movement as a way to fundraise, support good causes, and promote wellbeing.
