We are so excited to be partnering with Doris Matsui United Way California Capital Region Sierra Health Foundation and @mbk_sacramento to support youth fellows in mentoring and workforce development. Through a new initiative supported by #greenambitionssac and the @nbafoundation our young people in Sacramento will learn how to go green by building charging stations, engaging in purposeful mentorship and lifting up their leadership identities. Through training support from us, the mentors and mentees will develop intentional relationships that support our 5 components of RADICAL LOVE! #mentoringamplifies Dawnté Early, PhD, MS Ray Green Chet P. This Summer, we had the best time working with 127 students in Sacramento County training them on Peer Mentorship. We also collected data and this is what we mean when we say #lifedatamatters Human testimony is assessment. If you want to know if your programs are working, ASK THE YOUNG PEOPLE! They will tell you exactly what’s working and what they need. #mentoringamplifies Sacramento County Office of Education

It continues to be our honor to partner with the Golden State Warriors to put on amazing events centered on making sure our EVERYDAY MENTORS, educators, get what they need to be healthy healed adults! Nathan and I truly enjoyed lifting up the importance of wellness for our everyday mentors, our educators. We look forward to continuing our partnership and changing the narrative of wellness in the workplace and beyond! Michael Jordan and Jordan Brand chose MENTOR California for a one time grant, which will be used to continue our efforts to increase the quality and quantity of mentoring.
