Milkshake Concepts, a dynamic force in the experiential hospitality sector located in Dallas, TX, operates 9 distinctive restaurant and nightlife brands across 14 venues, with 10 more new store openings on the horizon. We're on the hunt for a seasoned Sr. Graphic Designer who combines a strategic mindset, a creative heart, and a knack for storytelling to spearhead our graphic design and visual strategy across our diverse portfolio.
The Role:
This position demands robust design capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, boundless creativity, the drive to self-start, and the ability to deliver under tight and challenging deadlines. As a pivotal team member, you'll work both independently and collaboratively to generate innovative ideas, develop designs from initial concept to final delivery, ensure timely completion of projects, and maintain adherence to our brand standards.
This full-time, in-office opportunity is based at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, TX, inviting you to be at the heart of our creative operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in the hospitality sector, particularly with restaurants, nightlife, or entertainment brands.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Versatility in designing for various platforms, including print, digital, environmental, and interactive graphics.
- Knowledge of web design and development is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with printing processes and pre-press production, motion graphics experience preferred.
Your Impact:
- Produce compelling designs for a wide range of needs: menus, advertisements, promotional materials, marketing collateral, and web design.
- Innovate and develop branding from scratch – from logos to color schemes and beyond.
- Refresh and maintain the visual appeal of Milkshake Concepts’ brands.
- Apply color theory, typography, and layout principles expertly.
- Incorporate feedback to refine designs professionally.
- Create distinctive uniform and merchandise designs for selected brands.
- Understand marketing strategies to collaborate effectively with our marketing and social media teams.
- Navigate and prioritize work independently to meet critical deadlines.
