Our Wood & Laminate and Performance Accessories teams recently participated in a CFI - Certified Flooring Installers Certification Course to become certified flooring installers! 💪 By participating in the hands-on training, our teams were able to gain a better understanding of the installation process and identify ways to improve our products to make the installer's experience more seamless and simplified. Thank you to CFI for hosting, training, and educating our team! 👍

Join us in congratulating Gordon, a Mohawk Driver from our Central Region, on earning an incredible recognition from the National Private Truck Council (NPTC). Last week, he was recognized as one of the NPTC's 2024 National Driver All-Stars! The awards are presented annually by NPTC to private fleet truck drivers who have demonstrated high-performance standards based on customer service, safety, adherence to company standards, regulatory compliance, and community service. He travels nationwide to help cover routes and train other drivers in our fleet. We are so thankful for his dedication and commitment to our team. Congratulations, Gordon! 👏

Mohawk and the Latin American Association recently came together to award five scholarships to local college students! These scholarships were awarded based on need and merit to outstanding Dalton State College students who are actively involved in the Hispanic community through heritage, community participation, volunteerism and more. Congratulations to each scholarship recipient; we can't wait to see what you do next!

Our annual United Way Campaign is officially underway for our Flooring North America and Corporate teams! From now until October, employees can support by participating in our pledge campaign and other fundraising events taking place across Mohawk. By participating in the campaign, you’re a much-needed resource to those in need who are served by the agencies supported by the United Way. Team members can complete a pledge card online or see your HR Rep if you prefer to complete a paper pledge card. A pledge of any amount makes a big impact in the local communities where we live and work. Mohawk is proud to Live United! 👏

The Mohawk team in Garner, NC, has participated in another event to contribute to their local community! They recently partnered with Sound Mind Ministry to help support over 100 local students with much-needed school supplies for the upcoming school year! The organization hosted its “Community Event Day” last week, and Mohawk Garner provided over 300 items for the event. Students of all ages were supplied with backpacks, pencils, crayons, notebooks, and much more! Shout out to our Garner team for continually supporting their community! 🫶

Last week, four groups from different Mohawk departments across Northwest Georgia participated in the United Way of Northwest Georgia Young Leaders Society Kickball Tournament, supporting their 2024 United Way Campaign.
