I've observed a growing trend where consulting and advisory services are becoming increasingly integrated with last-mile delivery, offering clients a more cohesive and value-driven experience. This shift is a clear indication that clients are seeking not just strategic guidance but also the practical implementation of strategies. However, while this segment of integrated service delivery is gaining momentum, traditional BPO engagements and strategic consulting based purely on recommendations are facing significant growth challenges.     I am launching my new NelsonHall project/report.   NelsonHall’s ‘Learning Services: Employee Lifetime Skilling’ project will help buyer organizations gain insight into learning services provision and how best to skill their workforces to meet future needs, while ensuring worker engagement, motivation, and retention. The project will also assist Learning Services vendors in promoting their offerings to buyer organizations.   Organizations are prioritizing talent retention and upskilling to ensure their entire workforces have the required skills and agility to adapt in a rapidly changing world of work. Such strategies will also help to offset the anticipated increase in employee turnover and vacancies, as candidates seek their next career move after “staying put” due to economic uncertainty. Candidates and existing employees have high expectations, wanting to work with the best employers who align to their personal values and offer ongoing learning opportunities and career progression. Focusing on lifetime skilling for all is non-negotiable. Project participation is free and is open to all relevant vendors offering Learning Services.
