New opportunity coming soon! We are partnering with an owner/developer of Class A commercial properties, and will be opening up a search for a Chiller Plant Manager in Brooklyn. This role will oversee all plant operations for 1.2M square feet of commercial space, manage a full team and will be responsible for developing and executing preventative maintenance plans, scheduling and system monitoring to ensure the plant meets the cooling demands of the asset.
