🔹 NECEC Member Mixer Recap 🔹 Our recent NECEC Member Mixer was a success! Last Thursday, NECEC's President Joe Curtatone hosted an engaging outdoor event with members and community partners from Rhode Island and Connecticut. We discussed the future of NECEC and strategies for a rapid and equitable transition to a diverse climate economy. We connected with key representatives including Paul Keyes from The GreenfootPrint, LLC; Brett Feldman from Rhode Island Energy; Dana Goodman from NEC Solar; and Barbara Waters and Bill Colonis from the Connecticut Green Bank. A special thanks to Megan Granato from the Town of Groton for leading a discussion on the sustainability efforts in Mystic. The evening also featured a private biodiesel-powered boat tour with Captain Will Goetz, enjoyed by NECEC’s Joe Curtatone, Natasha Perez, PMP, Oliwia Krupinska, and Hannah Goetz.
