🎉 Today, we’re excited to reveal a new logo and identity for OHO! Celebrating our 25th anniversary, the logo was created by our design team, and it reinvigorates design elements of the original logo designed by OHO’s founder Jason Smith. The new mark reflects our culture and the focus of our work – driving impact through effective partnerships. As part of our company and brand evolution, we’ve removed “Interactive” from our logo and name – reflecting both the common usage and our expanding services. 🚀 We are excited to celebrate the launch of the new Seattle University website along with our partners and champions Scott McClellan, Robin L. Meeks, Rosie Sabaric, Gaurav Mandan, and 🦹♂️ Victor Chimenti. Following a week of on-site discovery, we set a web strategy to strengthen SeattleU’s brand voice on a fully reimagined and redesigned website, showcase the diversity of people who make it what it is and to elevate the academic experience. We implemented the strategy in the new information architecture, page flows, and visual design, and we partnered with Terminalfour to build out the CMS templates and implement a new governance structure. Onward!

"Work Smart" is one of our core values – and those smarts were on display during our lightning talks at our annual employee Summit last month. We covered lead generation, new coding approaches, AI, search generative experiences (SGE), third-party cookies, process updates like data warehousing and regression testing, and new client engagement models. Thanks to Alexandra Dadoly, Rachel Reuben Senor, Adrienne Ritchie, Kristen Manders, Rian Islam, David Krewinghaus, Benjamin Baird, Gregory Little, Michael Conley, Jim Dalglish!

“The model of higher education needs to change – period.” (Gerald Hector) It was refreshing to hear from panelists Teresa Valerio Parrot, EdD, APR, Pam Jowdy, Bill Campbell, Danielle Yannotta, and Gerald Hector at our annual team summit how marketing intelligence and data are being used in higher ed to evaluate program viability, improve decision making, and impact the bottom line. These leaders embodied the increased professionalism in higher ed marketing departments and provided examples of how marketing can help shape the strategic direction of an institution.

Each year we bring our fully remote team together to get out of the day-to-day, learn from each other and be inspired. This year, Stephanie Krol kicked off our team summit introducing an outstanding panel of higher ed leaders. Facilitated by Teresa Valerio Parrot, EdD, APR, the panel of Pam Jowdy, Bill Campbell, Danielle Yannotta, and Gerald Hector shared their experiences using data to help their institutions make smarter decisions, drive revenue, and shape messaging to win the hearts and minds of prospective students.

We’d like to give a special thanks to Teresa Valerio Parrot, EdD, APR, for delivering the keynote at our 2024 OHO Annual Team Summit. She shared her list of the most pressing issues facing college and university leaders—from the FASFA fiasco to athletics to financial transparency—and called out new ways our team can partner with universities to find solutions and help them thrive.
