All throughout February, our Black Excellence Network (ERG) shared a series of remarkable contributions by black inventors whose innovations are not only still used today, but have directly contributed to our products and day-to-day business operations. The contributions and struggles of the black community can guide initiatives to address the systemic inequalities today and promote a society that values diversity, equity, and justice. The Ollie Pack got together this month for the first time ever since going remote and we couldn’t have chosen anywhere better than Austin, TX! We spent three days getting to know each other better, celebrating our achievements, meeting inspirational speakers and looking ahead to the exciting things Ollie has in store.
