Covenant Health is proud to be the only provider in the region to offer Advanced Care at Home, a program that provides hospital-level care to patients in their homes. Jordan Stohler, who was recovering from sepsis, was able to receive IV antibiotics and one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of her home with her dog by her side. It’s a personal triumph for a physical therapist and a win for cancer patients in Tennessee.
