We’re excited to share the “scoop” on Premier Protein’s National Ice Cream Day celebration last month. Premier Protein hosted a pop-up protein ice cream shop in New York City, serving over 4,800 scoops of protein-packed ice cream made with our shakes. A big “Ring the Bell” to Premier Protein’s Brand Manager, Hannah Deixler, who led the marketing behind this fun event. We’re excited for an in-office protein ice cream pop-up later this month so our employees can taste these amazing protein-powered ice cream flavors as well. #premierproteinicecream #marketing #companyculture

As a culture-driven, fast-growing company, our Talent Acquisition (TA) team has the big task of ensuring we’re staffed with the right people to support our growth AND nurture our people-first culture. During our last all-company “Protein Boost” meeting we were excited to “Ring the Bell” to celebrate the TA team’s achievement of doubling their previous monthly hiring record. Steve McElhaney, who founded our TA team 6 years ago and now oversees it, gave a big shout-out to Tamara Flaherty-Igbineweka, Diana Solares, Jennifer L., Jenni Grubbs, and Jorge Wynne. Collectively, they focus on the total candidate-to-employee experience, screening candidates, developing and guiding hiring teams, and onboarding new hires through training and events. They also implement best practices to assist hiring managers in making thoughtful and unbiased hiring decisions. Thanks to everyone on our hiring team for all their hard work, as well as to everyone else at PNC who assists in getting new hires up and running. We’re excited to announce the recipients of PNC’s Community Grant Program. Annually, we come together to nominate, learn about, and vote for, which non-profits will receive our company donations. At an All-Company gathering, employees describe the charity they’ve nominated, the impactful work being done, and why it’s personally meaningful to them. We then vote on where to distribute our philanthropic dollars. To celebrate Women’s History Month, this week we held our second annual women’s mentorship panel featuring women from across the PNC organization. This year, we also included men to provide a perspective on showing up as an ally for women both at home and in the workplace. Topics discussed ranged from empowering your female teammates, work-life balance, juggling parenthood, and finding your confidence and voice. Many thanks to all our panelists including Darcy Horn Davenport, Karen Jobb, Eric W. Hunn, Amy Larek, Stephanie Rhodes, sarah stich, Liz Kaplan, Liz McCauley, Emily Chen, Brian Fanning, and TaShawna Freeman. We thought this would be the perfect week to introduce the newest member of our Dymatize Squad - CHRISTIAN MCCAFFREY. Christian’s been a Dymatize fan for years, so we’re beyond excited to have him join the squad. In case you’re wondering, Fruity Pebbles is his favorite flavor. And of course, we’ll be cheering for him on Sunday – hope you will be too!
