Contrary to popular belief, you can absolutely use your IRA to invest in real estate. Many who invest with us at Prosperity Capital Partners use their qualified funds. Public records give you an opportunity to look for data that supports what you’re looking for in a real estate property. In some areas, taxes may be delinquent, properties may be foreclosed upon, evictions may be happening on a large scale… These are all examples of what public records give us insight into. It’s important to dig into them.
