As another #NAWHC conference wraps up here in Indianapolis, we're reflecting on a fantastic two days filled with inspiration and connection. Representing QuadMed were our senior leaders: Stefanie Metko, Senior Vice President of Operations; John Cunningham DSc, MBA, Executive Vice President of Operations; and Kathryn Quadracci Flores, MD, CEO. Michelle Storbakken, our Senior Vice President of Innovation & Client Experience, took the stage with our client partner, Nicole Crnkovich, Vice President of Total Rewards at Quad, to discuss the results we’ve seen with our TakeControl Condition Management Program, and to share valuable insights on creating a successful diabetes management program for worksite health centers. Here are five key recommendations from the presentation: 1️⃣ Tailor the program to your workforce: Assess the specific needs and conditions of your employees to create a program that fits. 2️⃣ Incentivize participation and engagement: Use incentives and continuous education to maintain participant motivation and engagement. 3️⃣ Communicate the benefits: Clearly highlight the cost savings and health improvements of the program to encourage participation and support. 4️⃣ Provide support to keep participants on track: Ensure easy access to resources and provide regular check-ins to help participants stay engaged. 5️⃣ Leverage data and adjust accordingly: Track and analyze outcomes regularly to continuously improve program effectiveness. Another Epic UGM is in the books, and it was truly remarkable. With so many exciting topics like AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and analytics, my mind is overflowing with new ideas. We are pleased to announce the promotion of Edward Godin to Chief Technology Officer. Ed’s elevation to this executive position reflects the strategic leadership he has consistently demonstrated since joining QuadMed, and the critical role he plays in executing our vision for the health center of the future. Ed joined QuadMed in January 2019 as Director of Information Services and was most recently the Senior Vice President of IT. During his tenure at QuadMed, he led the successful go-live of Epic and has been pivotal in ensuring Epic is optimized to support the clinical practice and efficiency of our providers while also improving the patient experience. His leadership has expanded beyond IT functions to include the call center, implementations, and facilities. In the Chief Technology Officer role, Ed will drive technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, and will continue to oversee critical operations to support QuadMed’s growth and innovation. Congratulations to Ed on his well-deserved promotion!
