This new 50,000 SF space showcases the perfect blend of function and inspiration, with lab and warehouse environments transformed into safe, collaborative workspaces. The unique design features local elements, including NASA-themed iconography and aerial views of Houston, celebrating the city's rich history of innovation. Partnering with the talented architects at Gensler our #randAustin team transformed 7,000 sq ft of Class A office space into a stunning modern upscale environment for our confidential financial client located in San Antonio. Highlights of the project include: - Upscale kitchen and dining spaces featuring a striking copper-colored architectural metal ceiling. - A spacious conference room equipped with the latest technology for both large meetings and smaller work sessions. - A chic, subdued color palette and modern silhouettes for a relaxed yet trendy interior. We are proud to announce the completion of the new Zaxby's Headquarters in Atlanta! This award-winning facility features high-end finishes throughout, including a stunning custom interconnecting stair clad in finished wood paneling with integrated lighting and a feature wall. The reception desk seamlessly integrates with the underside of the stairs, and the dining and entertainment space boasts a feature ceiling in the test kitchen. The kitchen, designed to accommodate multiple layouts for new franchisee training and future research and development, is truly one of a kind. Great work, #randAtlanta team!
