As a Shopify Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Shopify store, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: - List items on the Shopify website, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing. - Manage and fulfill orders placed through the Shopify store, coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate delivery. - Monitor inventory levels and update product availability on the website. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotions and campaigns on the Shopify platform. - Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information, pricing, and images. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and Shopify. Requirements: - Extensive experience with Shopify, including listing items, managing orders, and performing website manipulations. - Strong understanding of e-commerce and online retail principles. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Experience in the Circular and sustainable fashion industry is highly desirable. Getting Creative with Excess Inventory!! A popular fashion brand that we work with found themselves in a common situation. They had a style of jeans that didn’t sell as well as expected. Their first call was to Retail Reworks to brainstorm about possible options to rework the jeans into a more seasonal/trendy item that might sell faster. We discussed the opportunity to add distressing to the jeans as it was “in style” at that current time. We also discussed the possibility of turning these jeans into shorts as well as distressed shorts to have a better chance of selling them in the upcoming warmer season. The team at Retail Reworks quickly processed samples to spec and implemented a plan for distressing, cuts, inseams by size, and the repackaging/relabeling of the new SKU(s) to make this as easy on our customer as possible. Once we got the “green light”, our team immediately ramped up our customizable facilities to process this project at quickly as possible at the highest level of quality possible. Our customer loved the finished product and immediately sent the excess inventory here to be reworked/remanufactured. Our team processed almost 10,000 garments in just two weeks including the relabeling and repackaging of the new SKU(s). Our customer was impressed by our level of quality of work as well as the turn time. Both new styles sold out in under a month.
