Today the Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management 🍊kicked off the Retail Career Trip at Rifle Paper Co. Rachel White, Katie Luk, Katherine Lord, Morgan Pekera gave students a start to finish overview of the importance of all stakeholders maintaining brand integrity, walking us through merchandising, licensing, production and manufacturing, as well as, the importance of the sales role communicating customer input. A key takeaway was the emphasis on the value of maintaining your network, both when seeking different opportunities and when in industry.
