Those who know me well enough know I am a huge #Pokemon fan and recreating this interactive Pokedex in Rive was a long process, but super fun to develop. The entire design is vector, designed completely in Rive, minus the pixel art used for the Pokemon sprites which are small raster files. The final .riv export is a super small 522 kb! Was super inspired to re-create the Monday Night Football broadcast UI in Rive this morning. This is just a small prototype, but the ability to pre-compose all team variations into a simple set of state machines that can be altered at runtime really streamlines this process a bit. More time can clearly be spent here, but think this is enough to show off the potential.
