Roads to Success is thrilled to introduce Ellie Bell (They/Them) as our new Masters Educational Specialist! Ellie brings a wealth of experience in education, particularly in developing curricula for underserved communities. They are currently pursuing a PhD in Urban Education, focusing on Breaking, Building, & Perpetuating Systems of Oppression in Educational Settings. Their work is deeply rooted in social-emotional learning, literacy, and the arts, using innovative methods like puppetry, storytelling, and play building to engage students from 3K through 12th grade, including Students with Disabilities and English Language Learners. Ellie's expertise extends beyond the classroom—they have led professional development sessions for over 100 teaching artists and educators, managed and evaluated educational programs across NYC, and secured in funding through grant writing.
