Our team of 90-plus test drivers (our sales team) tests tires from every major tire manufacturer on our state-of-the-art, 10-acre test facility. The findings are then posted on our website, www.tirerack.com, where you can make an educated decision on a tire, wheel or performance accessory purchase. We have also collected results from more than 150,000 consumer surveys representing over 2.6 billion miles of real-world tire data, the largest known cache of such information anywhere. In addition various testing and informational videos are available online in our Video Center at www.tirerack.com/videos Since 1979, we have grown from a single-point retail store in Indianapolis to encompass over 1.8 million square feet of space in 10 distribution centers across the country. A diverse and broad in-stock inventory from 17 major tire and 41 wheel brands can be delivered anywhere in the country in two days or less. Nationally, more than 9,000 independent Recommended Installers are available to service your local installation needs.

May was a very exciting month for us! We had the thrill of watching Tire Rack-sponsored Josef Newgarden secure a back-to-back victory at the Indy 500. Additionally, we partnered with St. Margaret's House for their annual "Undie 500," an initiative to collect new undergarments for women in need. This year was a tremendous success, as we collected over 3,279 pairs of underwear during the drive.

This year’s Indy 500 certainly reminded us why we call it “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing”! After a rain delayed start, Team Penske’s Josef Newgarden made an incredible last lap pass on the outside to win the 2024 Indianapolis 500 for the second year in a row… We'd venture to say 2 is a very lucky number: 2nd win in a row for driver Josef Newgarden 22 years since the last back-to-back win at the Indy 500. 2nd Indy 500 win for Tire Rack as a partner with Team Penske!

Huge congrats are in order for Team Goodyear! Team Goodyear drove a 2021 Porsche 911 Turbo S running on Goodyear Eagle SuperCar 3 tires. The team took the lead at the halfway mark of the event and held it through to the end, finishing first-place in the 2024 Tire Rack One Lap of America!
