Toll Integrated Systems (TIS) manufacturing plant in Bartow, Florida, recently hosted a group of students from YouthBuild USA Lakeland. The students were excited to learn about homebuilding as they toured the plant and got hands-on experience in manufacturing. After lunch, employees answered questions and shared their knowledge about manufacturing and its impact on the homebuilding industry. For some students, it was their first time learning about this type of construction and the opportunities offered by Toll Brothers. Thank you for visiting YouthBuild Lakeland! We are excited to keep working together and teaching students about the many opportunities we have to offer at Toll Brothers.

To acknowledge those who have given so much to our success, we give eligible employees a company-paid trip (and vacation time) when they reach their 10, 20, and 30-year anniversary. Robert E. Jones, P.E., Vice President of Land Development in Houston, recently celebrated his 10-year anniversary by taking his family to Colorado. “We traveled to Colorado, where my daughter also had a softball tournament. We did plenty of hiking all over the state, visiting Estes Park, Garden of the Gods, The Mountain Coaster, and Downtown Denver. The scenic mountain drive to Estes Park and the delight in my daughter’s eyes were my favorite part. The constant “Dad, look at that” moments were priceless. Toll does a wonderful job of making its employees feel appreciated. The best part is that Toll continues to monitor and invest in ways to improve the experience even more.”
