In the past year, we've made significant strides: ✅ Advocated for the successful passage of the Uniform Electronic Estate Planning Documents Act in Washington, Colorado, and Oklahoma ✅ Introduced legislation and educated policymakers and stakeholders in New York and Virginia about the benefits of electronic estate planning ✅ Testified in Ohio, Colorado, and Virginia in support of key legislation ✅ Partnered with policymakers to conduct estate planning workshops ✅ Brought together a coalition in Virginia, including AARP, MetLife Legal Plans, Proof, Responsive Law, and many others Our commitment to end-to-end digital estate planning has never been stronger.
