Our teams are always hard at work for our customers! 💪 We’re excited to showcase a significant project from our #UG2Midwest team—this talented team of facility engineers has successfully completed the in-house installation of a new Cooling Tower Water Chemical Controller! Previously, the team managed chemical treatment manually with bromine tablets in an old feeder tank, which required daily flow rate adjustments. They then transitioned to liquid bromine to cut down on chemical costs, but this still required daily adjustments to accommodate the constantly fluctuating conditions. With the new Cooling Tower Water Chemical Controller, the team is now equipped with a system that automatically measures and adjusts chemical flow. This cutting-edge upgrade reduces waste, enhances efficiency, and minimizes the risk of Legionella and corrosion. Now, our team can focus on preventative maintenance (instead of daily reactive maintenance), and they still take readings to confirm that it is working properly.
