"Hammertoes are a direct result of tendon imbalances In the foot. Most hammertoe deformities begin as a flexible deformity, meaning the toe becomes more straightened with weight bearing. Dr. Mallory Kirkland of Upperline Health - Cahaba shares what you need to know about using Magnesium foot spray. "Magnesium glycinate is typically taken in oral supplement form for sleep, but magnesium chloride is what’s commonly in your foot spray or oil, Kirkland says, as it is 'water soluble and is used to promote muscle relaxation.'
